UniMAP delegates visit the Faculty of Environmental Management, PSU
On 14th March 2018, Faculty of Environmental Management, Prince of Songkla University (PSU) welcomed delegates from School of Environmental Engineering, Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP), Malaysia led by Dr. Che Zulzikrami Azner Abidin (Deputy Dean Academic and Research), Dr. Ayu Wazira Binti Azhari and Dr. Abdul Haqi Bin Ibrahim. The visit was the first time that delegates from UniMAP have visited the Faculty of Environmental Management, PSU.
The delegates were accompanied by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Banchong Witthayawirasak (Dean of Faculty of Environmental Management), Dr. Dudsadee Muenhor as a coordinator and other faculty executives. The meeting focused mainly on establishing working and making connections for future official collaboration between the two institutions, particularly Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), academic staff exchange program, postgraduate student internship exchange program, research collaboration and international ecological and environmental camp 2018 (August 2018).
Moreover, the delegates had an opportunity to listen to the presentations on Air Pollution and Health Effect Research Center, GEO-Informatics Research Center for Natural Resources and Environment, Research Center for Integrated Ecotourism Management in Southern Thailand and Coastal Oceanography and Climate Change Research Center from Dr. Dudsadee Muenhor (Director of Air Pollution and Health Effect Research Center), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Parichart Visuthismajarn (Director of Research Center for Integrated Ecotourism Management in Southern Thailand) and Assist. Prof. Dr. Siriporn Pradit (Director of Coastal Oceanography and Climate Change Research Center).
